Organization

We are currently in the process of completing the EMPOWER bylaws and finalizing the organizational structure. As members of the emergency management community, we have developed our leadership structure based on the Incident Command System(ICS).

This will reinforce our commitment to established and effective processes in the field, and enable the organization to be flexible and adapt to future needs.
