Publications

Publications are a critical way for us to gain new knowledge and additional exposure about subjects. 

EMPOWER publishes a newsletter containing regular features highlighting women in emergency management, best practices and examples of leadership, program implementation, and knowledge and capability building.  This serves as a venue for Associates to build writing, communications, and leadership skills by offering opportunities to participate as researchers, or as contributing or lead article writers.  Each newsletter has a theme and a variety of contributing writers.
